Reverse Auctions are when a domain name is initially set at a high "Buy It Now" price, then the price is lowered a little at a time until someone clicks to "Buy It Now" at the current listed "Buy It Now" price, OR if someone makes a lower offer that I decide to accept before the "Buy It Now" price gets down to that offer! If you have a price in mind that's right for you, DON'T wait for the Reverse Auction "Buy It Now" price to get down to what you'd be willing to pay for the name... I just may accept your Offer!

There are no set price or time increments! I may lower the "Buy It Now" price of a domain name in a Reverse Auction at ANY time, and by ANY amount!

Because Top Web Names is a relatively new website, it needs to build a following. Therefore, until I have a large enough mailing list, no Reverse Auction will begin until there is sufficient interest in a name. If you are seriously interested in a domain name, please either make an Offer for it by clicking on the domain name to go to the domain name record and submit your offer there; or let me know via the "Contact" form (see link above). Please include your name, company, email address and phone number(s), the domain name, and any other information that you think I should know. You will receive an email announcement when I begin the Reverse Auction for that domain name, and email updates each time I lower the "Buy It Now" price or when someone buys it.

I may stop any "Reverse Auction" at ANY time, for ANY reason! If someone makes an Offer for less than the "Buy It Now" price, I may Accept the Offer! I may also post the Offer for a short period, then at ANY time Accept it!

If the "Buy It Now" price of a name reaches a price that is the lowest that I might consider selling it for, then I will most definitely STOP the Reverse Auction! I may leave it at that price for a while, or more likely I will cancel the Reverse Auction and put the name back as a listing with a Minimum Offer.
