I will not sell or provide users' personal information to third parties unless a user purchases a domain name. However, I may provide non-identifiable statistical data to third parties.

I reserve the right to collect information on Top Web Names website users via voluntary submissions and cookies for my own use, including, but not limited to, statistical and domain name sale information for my own advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the sale price, bidding history, date of sale of a domain name any and all information related to the sale, transfer and subsequent ownership of a domain name, unless a user specifically requests in writing for me not to do so. However, because it is required that all domain name registrants furnish full personal information for and in Whois records, all such information related to a domain name is Public Record.

All of said Personally Identifiable Information and/or Third Party Personally Identifiable Information provided are subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Additionally, any and all information disclosed in a public forum by a user, such as a discussion forum, bulletin board, chat room, etc. is considered public information and is in the public domain.
