What Is Top Web Names? TopWebNames.com is a "domain names for sale" website for selling MY domain names ONLY. It is not a site for others to list and sell their domain names. There are plenty of other websites that specialize in doing this".

Asking Prices: There are no "Asking Prices". All reasonable offers will be considered. However, only offers that are right for that domain name will be accepted. A "Minimum Offer" is a "starting point", NOT an "Asking Price".

Stats: I do not sell names based on stats, traffic, performance, metrics, etc. While I have many names that "perform" very well, the focus of Top Web Names is excellent, intuitive, keyword value domain names that are ideal for development. If you request "stats", I will be happy to provide them, but they will in no way influence what I feel that the "keyword development value" of a name might be.

Finding a Domain Name For You: You can Search many thousands of names using keywords, or, Browse through Categories. Please keep in mind that this is a new website and there are many thousands more excellent domain names to be added. There are currently only 782 domain names available in Top Web Names. I will continually be adding more names and Categories. Making an Offer: When you find a domain name that interests you, or that you "just have to have", click on it to learn more about it. You can then make an offer that's equal to or greater than the Minimum Offer stated, or greater than the Current Offer. I will then either accept or reject your offer. I may or may not make a counter offer. Any offer that you make is a legally binding contract to purchase that name at the price that you offer for a duration of 10 days. Offers must be in increments of at least $100 more than the Minimum or Current Offer, unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a Domain Name: If I accept your offer, or if you accept my Counter Offer, or if you choose to purchase a name at the listed "Buy It Now" price, you must pay for the name within 10 days, unless stated or agreed upon otherwise beforehand. I will send you full instructions for the payment and transfer of your domain name.

Paying for a Domain Name: I only accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer, Check or Escrow.com. I DO NOT accept Paypal, credit cards, or any other form of payment.

  - Wire Transfer: Upon confirmation with my bank of receipt of your wire transfer funds, I will push your domain name into your domain name account at the same registrar where it's currently registered. If you prefer to transfer it to your account at another registrar, I will unlock the domain name and send you the Transfer Authorization Code required for you to initiate a transfer request at your registrar. DO NOT request to transfer the domain name to another registrar until I have notified you that I've unlocked it and send you the Transfer Authorization Code.

  - Check: I will wait 10 days after I deposit your personal, business or bank cashier's check before I push your domain name into your domain name account at the same registrar where it's currently registered. If you prefer to transfer it to your account at another registrar, I will instead unlock the domain name and send you the Transfer Authorization Code required for you to initiate a transfer request at your registrar. DO NOT request to transfer the domain name to another registrar until I have notified you that I have unlocked the domain name at the current registrar, and I send you the Transfer Authorization Code.

  - Escrow.com: If you will feel more comfortable this way, keep in mind that it will take a few, to many additional days for the transaction to be completed. All escrow fees are paid by you, the buyer. Using Escrow.com to pay for a purchase MUST be discussed and agreed upon in advance! If you make an offer for a domain name, and I Accept your offer, and payment by Escrow.com is agreed upon, DO NOT initiate a transaction at Escrow.com. Tell me what email address you want to use for the transaction and I will set up the transaction, then Escrow.com will notify you. If a sale is based upon "Immediate Payment", Escrow.com is NOT an option. Sales based upon "Immediate Payment" can only be paid via Bank Wire Transfer, and must be initiated within one day of acceptance of your Offer.
